Europe’s air traffic management stands at a critical juncture, as we focus now on how to deliver our vision – ensuring resilience, performance and operational impact across the aviation network.
With the 2025 European ATM Master Plan now in implementation, Europe has a unique opportunity to accelerate the modernisation of ATM – turning innovation into large-scale operational deployment, while continuing to feed the SESAR innovation pipeline with the new technologies and operational concepts that will shape the next generation of ATM.
As discussions on the next Multiannual Financial Framework (MFF, 2028–2034) take shape, the decisions Europe takes now will determine its future technological leadership, its ability to meet climate targets and its strategic autonomy in aviation.
